Tyres catch fire at Colombo Port

In the eastern wing in the  premises of the Port authority Colombo some tyres  had caught fire this afternoonresulting in huge flames and smoke over the area.

The fire had not hurt or injured anyone.The fire

brigades had been deployed to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire has not yet been established.Investigations are underway to ascertain the cause of the sudden fire the related authorities have added..
