The suspect accused of misplacing bones of Wasim Thajudeen appointed VC of SAITM

In the ongoing investigations into the suspected murder of rugger player Wasim Thajudeen the Judicial medical officer Ananda Samarasekera is suspected for misplacing the bones of the deceased during the post investigations.

The secretary of the health ministry Anura Jayawickrema had accused that the judiciary medical officer had conducted the post mortem very inaccurately even losing some bone parts. However he has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of the Malabe SAITM. This has been confirmed by him on the 11th instant at the Colombo Magistrates courts..
