Bambalapitiya Sulaiman's murder -- Update

The police have cast their suspicion in connection with 5 individuals over the abduction of Mohammed Shakib Sulaiman (29) who was subjected to abduction and murder. However they have left their places of lodging by now, it was reported. Therefore the

police assume that they would flee from the country.

The police have forwarded their names to Additional Magistrate Mr. Nishantha Pieris who in turn a short while ago ordered the Emigration and Immigration Controller and the Police Intelligence Service to prevent them from escaping the country. What the Crime Investigation Department of Colombo informed was that the police are aware that 5 individuals are aware of important information connected to this incident.
