Gammanpila allowed bail

The Leader of the Pivithuru Hela Urumaya Udaya Gammanpila and Sydney Jayasinghe who were accused for forging a power attorney document belonging to an Australian national and selling the shares  of the Company  have been granted bail on the instructions of the Colombo Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne this morning 1st instant.

There was a huge roar from the joint opposition members that Udaya Gammanpila had been a victim of political revenge.

Bail had been granted after having paid cash of rupees twenty five thousand and three body bails worth rupees five lakhs.
