SLAF Rescue Mission in Kotikawaththa area
The Air Force workers were successful in rescuing 2 females and 1 male in Kotikawaththa who were in drastic need of food and in addition of facing the risk of Kelani River overflowing. The victims were thus airlifted with a helicopter suspended in air. The video clip of this scene is seen below
