Panama Papers -No leniency by President

The State Minister of Finance Lakshman Yapa Abewardena had added that the names of those revealed having had transactions would be probed whether they had been made evading taxes.In that event they would be dealt according to the law.

Addressing a media briefing in Colombo on the 10th instant the State Minister had reiterated that those who have had illegal transactions would be dealt with in courts without been lenient.This would be the stand of the President Maithripala Sirisena he had added.
