Next door Uncle  who had come to resolve a road issue attempts to rape Aunty

It is reported from Talatuoya of an incident when a certain gentleman who had come to a house in his neighbourhood to resolve a road conflict.

When he and his two sons had come to this

house the house owner had left to nearby Oya to take a wash.Knowing that the gentleman had pulled the 50 year old wife of the owner into a room and attempted to rape her. When she was trying to escape by struggling with him the brother of the woman had come and rescued her.

The incident had taken place the other day on the 08th instant at around 6.45 am.

Thereafter a complaint had been made at the Talatuoya police by the woman. The authorities of the Talatuoya police had arrested the gentleman and the two sons and produced before  the Kandy Magistrate courts. The Magistrate had allowed the bail application to the three of them after they had furnished rupees fifty thousand cash. The case was postponed and due to be heard later.
