Because of storing paddy Mattala airport in danger

The staff members attached to the Mattala Rajapaksa International airport had quipped that owing to storing of paddy stocks within the airport premises insects and cockroaches have

been breading fast .As a result had caused a danger to the sophiscated  equipment in the Mattala airport premises.

It is reported reliably that about 5000 tons of paddy have been stored in the Mattala airport premises ,although the government had promised to evacuate them no action had been taken yet.

The members of the staff at the airport had cautioned the government that there is a possibility that rats would also breed. In that event there is a  huge threat for the expensive equipment been damaged and had warned the related authorities in the government in this regard.
