Number of cabinet Ministers flown abroad for year-end holidays

It is reported by reliable political information that for the last cabinet meeting scheduled for the year 2015 presided by the President Maithripala Sirisena only a number less than 25 cabinet Ministers had participated.

The reason has been attributed to the fact that about 35 cabinet Ministers had taken a well deserved rest for the year end vacation to spend holidays in a number of  foreign countries with their families and friends. All these foreign visits have been said to be on personal  levels it is reliably reported.
