When Ranil was speaking on the budget proposals 10 found nodding in the House 

The present government's mediaeval economy as well the  budget of the collective national government  maiden budget  is to be presented on the 20th of November in the Parliament.When the Prime Minister Ranil

Wickremasinghe had spoken  for  nearly one and a half hours on this proposed budget several Members present in Parliament had given a careful hearing. He explained the proposed path of the country's economy.

As his speech was in progress some Members of the government and members of the opposition had been seen nodding. It was seen that Members of the front row, second row and third row who are cabinet Minsters, State ministers and deputy Ministers were among those found nodding. This was a significant feature that was clearly observed.
