The actress Damitha Saluwadana who had been on television tele dramas and a popular stage actress has expired on the 27th instant.She has been in the field of acting for period of about 45 years.
She has contributed to about 300 stage plays and around 200 tele dramas and 25 films. Her final rites are to be conducted at Boralesgamuwa on the 29th instant.
