a few hours before Soma Edirisinghe became ill
Four days before Mrs. Soma Edirisinghe the owner of the distinguished business holdings passed away, She participated in a Walk on behalf of the Punarjeewa Fund for the last time and two photographs taken on that occasion are published
below. In fact she joined this event that day in somewhat of a sickly state. Some sort of a bandage too is noted round her neck. At the closure of that event she was admitted to the Intense Care Unit of Nawaloka Hospital because of her ailing condition and she passed away three days later.
