On the findings of the Presidential commission 13 heads of state institutions to be removed 

The authorities of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into corruption and bribery 13 corrupt officials have been listed from 06

state institutions for charges of bribery and corrupt activities. It is learnt that they have been recommended to be removed as to continue further investigations into their corrupt activities and bribery their presence would hamper the ongoing investigations. This has been revealed by the secretary to the Presidential Commission Lacil de Silva.

The state institutions from where the heads have been recommended to be removed are from the ministry of Justice, ministry of Public Administration (Mahiyanganaya Divisional Secretariat office),Coconut cultivation board, Fisheries harbour corporation, Lak Sathosa, Independent Television Network.In connection with the 13 high officials to be removed the President and the heads of respective state institutions have been informed.
