The three custom bosses in bribery case involving 125 million escape to India
The three customs bosses who were to be remanded in connection with the Sri Lanka's highest bribe of rupees 12 1/2 billion recorded ever it learnt to have escaped to India. Evading the investigations
and imminent arrest the trio had left the island.

The charges against them have been for requesting this huge bribe of rupees 12 1/2 billion from a private company who are importers of spare parts for the SLCTB buses.
