Another suspect in connection with Seya's murder arrested. Police  keeps silent

It is reported that another suspected connected with Kotadeniyawa Seya Sadewmi's rape and murder has been arrested by the

Kotadeniyawa Police.

However it is at a loss to understand that the suspect named "Kondaya"  who has been arrested had already made a confession that he is the person who committed the rape and murder. After the confession had already  been made by the suspect "Kondaya"the media  is surprised why the Police has not made any comments on his second arrest.

The media has added that when the  17 year old student was initially taken into custody and then released via a court order the police had aired many clues on the accused which proved futile and hence they are reluctant to make further comments on the  second suspect taken into custody perhaps as they had blundered eelier..

The Minuwangosda Courts had allowed the Police to keep the suspect in custody for 72 hours for questioning.
