Rosy made the media spokesman for the Prime Minister

Rosy assigned as the Media spokesman of Prime Minister

During the last general election the former state  Minister of women's affairs and child welfare Rosy Senanayake who contested from the Colombo district under the UNP ticket lost narrowly and hence could not gain a seat in the parliament.

It is reported that she has been appointed as the media spokesman of the Prime Minister and also has been assigned as the  deputy chief  of staff of the Prime Minister's  office.
