Elder brother of Dinesh, Indika Gunawardena passes away

A former cabinet Minister of a previous government Indika Gunawardena has passed away.

At the time of his demise he was 72 years old.

Indika Gunawardena is the elder brother of Dinesh Gunawardea,Geethanjan Gunawardena and the former Mayor of Colombo Municipality Prasanna Gunawardena. He is the eldest son of  the late prominent leftish political  personalities Phillip Gunawardena and Kusuma Gunawardena.
