A telephone service through 24 hours to report on women and child nuisance

For women and child abuse a 24 hour service via telephone

The Minister of Women's and Child care Chadrani Bandara has announced that in order to report on Women and Child abuse the ministry office would have

a telephone line for reporting such incidents through out the 24 hours of the day.

Accordingly for reporting matters pertaining to child abuse the instant telephone number allocated is 1929 while the number to be called in respect of women abuse should be reported to instant telephone number 1938 .These numbers could be contacted during the 24 hours of the day.
