Two US journalists killed Live while on Air

During a Live provincial television channel programme of Virginia Province today Wednesday the reporter and cameraman who were engaged in bringing the report were shot dead!

A Live interview was being conducted by a 24 year old female reporter named Alison Parker of Channel WDBJ7 TV and 27 year old cameraman by the name of Adam Ward of Bedford, Moneta with another female when a person who came in from a side had aimed these gun shots. It had been seen on the television screen of how the female reporter had shouted out at the moment of shooting. The presenter who was at the studio who co-ordinated the programme was taken aback and saying that it was not clear as to what was taking place then discontinued the broadcast. 

On investigations conducted later it had been found that eight gun-shots were heard. The lady who was subjected to the interview suffered serious injury while the female reporter and the cameraman who were hospitalised after the incident later died. This incident was reported at about 6.45 from America time. A photograph recovered at the time the assassin came to that place has been released to the public. Whatever it is, the killer has still not been accosted. This programme had been conducted for tourist development in that area. The reason why the said assassin had shot at them is so far not clear. 

Foreign media report that police investigations are underway over this incident. The manner in which the incident was taped on WDBJ TV Channel, from BELOW.
