Ranjan Ramanayake leads the Preferential votes UNP Gampaha

Popular actor Ranjan Ramananayake who parachuted from his Ratnapura district to Gampaha district as he wanted to serve his

people as he has links with Gampaha people. From the United National Party list of candidates who were elected to contest from the Gampaha district he polled the highest number of preferential votes receiving 216463 preferential votes.

Naturally this achievement was a cause to be celebrated. After his number of high preferential votes was announced he celebrated with his supporters. The photographs of the celebrations are placed in his Face book page are shown  here.
