Indian national Nisha Bishwal, Secretary in charge of South Asian activities of the American Administration had created an oscillation within the media on a number of occasions.

How she partook in a hopper-fead with Minister Ravi Karunanayaka the last time she came to this country which incident was focused across the social media. This time it is with Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera with whom she made very cordial connections.
