THE HINDU NEWSPAPER MIXES UP 'DUPLICATE' SIRISENA AND PRESIDENT SIRISENA!

The distinguished 'The Hindu' Newspaper which has published an article of inquiry today (7) about politics of present-day Sri Lanka has mentioned that

because of the silent attitude displayed by President Maithripala Sirisena and former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has turned out to be a problematic situation for them to contest together at the forthcoming election. Together with these details the newspaper has published a photograph showing the present President Maithripala and former President Mahinda in the company of each other.

Those actually in the photo are Mahinda Rajapaksa and R.A. Sirisena. The latter who resembled Maithripala Sirisena in features engaging in a 'mud campign' at the last Presidential Election and came to be known as 'duplicate Sirisena' happened to join in at the moment when the former President cast his vote in Medamulana and it was a photograph taken in that instance that the Indian Media has used by mistake on this occasion.
