FORERUNNER VEHICLE IN MANGALA’S ESCORT KILLS A SUPPORTER 

It is reported that a forerunner  vehicle in Mangala Samaraweera's

escort travelling in front of his vehicle had  killed a supporter.  The incident has taken place in Kamburupitiya, Matara while the Minister Mangala Samaraweera  was on his way to attend a meeting of the UNP central committee members in Matara district The driver had not control the vehicle to avoid the person who was killed in the process. The deceased was known to be a person, a 63 year old supporter of the UNP.
