For exposing names of drug pedlars Dr Thilanga threatened, receives STF guard

Board  Dr Tilanga Samarasinghe has been threatened with death for his willingness to expose the names of drug pedlars to the public.

The President Maithripala Sirisena has drawn attention to these treats faced by Dr Thilanga Samarasinghe.In this connection Dr Samarasinghe has been given protection by the Special Task Force of the police. This had been disclosed by the Minister of Justice Wijedasa Rajapaksa while addressing a media conference.
