The leader of the opposition of the dissolved parliament who hails from Badulla and who is to

contest from his native electorate had said while participating in a meeting of the young Sri Lanka Freedom Party members at the SLFP office in Badulla not to be misled by the mud that had been published in the Face Book. He also had made a plea not to vote against the SLFP.

Nimal Siripala De Silva had added that on the 08th of January presidential it was not only former President Mahinda Rajapaksa and the Sri Lanka Freedom Party lost.The people of the country as a whole also lost. People had voted for the ‘Swan’ for a change. By which the people in the entire country is now suffering. In the forthcoming parliamentary election we as SLFP’s should again make a change and win to make another change.

The political parties also have their own problems and conflicts. When they require preferential votes again there are clashes and conflicts. Do not be misled by conflicts for preferential votes. Do not be misled by Face Book pranks. The previous time we were misled,but this time do not get misled and vote for us to triumph in this election. All of you should line up for victory he had added.
