Collision between a school bus and a Jeep sends 16 children  to hospital

Today morning at around 6.45 a.m a collision between a school bus and a jeep had taken place
at Torrington square along Bauddhaloka Mawatha. As a result 16 school children had been admitted to the National hospital for treatment.

It is reported that the driver of the school bus had not stopped at the traffic signals and after colliding with the Jeep had overturned across the road. Among those 16 injured 12 had been school boys and the rest 04 had been schoolgirls.

The director of the national hospital had said that all those who were admitted have been treated while some are in the process of being treated further.
