Well-known singer Namal Udugamage on whom
attention was focused on in the field of Arts as well as the political area has returned to Sri Lanka after being treated overseas for an ailment related to the liver.

Some dear artistes of his were present when his wife, tele actress Ruwanthi Mangala in the company of Namal came out of the airport from their flight from India.

Namal who said that he went abroad speculating whether he would be able to return to his motherland mentioned that he was cured because of the support of his comrades and of the public and that he is thankful about it and then he sang the song "Samuganne ne' his popular song.
