FCID and CID Heads promoted

The Director of the police Fraud Crimes
Investigation Division Ravi Vaidyalankara and the Director of the Criminal Investigation unit R.B.Seveviratne have been promoted to the ranks of Senior Deputy Inspector General of Police from the ranks of Deputy Inspector General of Police.

These promotions have been granted owing to the vacancies that existed and with the cabinet approval. These promotions have been made according to the seniority, the police headquarters information had revealed.
