Additional Magistrate Thilina has handed over unlicensed Baby Elephant to authorities
The Colombo’s Additional Magistrate Thilina Gamage has handed over a baby elephant which he has had in his possession
to the wild life authorities in Battaramulla.It is reported that the baby elephant had been kept illegally and without a licence.
A spokesman of the wild life office had disclosed that 11 such unlicensed baby elephants have been handed over to them so far.
