7.4 magnitude Earthquake strikes Nepal again, 06 more tremors, dead not accounted yet

Today at 12.35 in the afternoon another huge earthquake 7.4 in magnitude has struck Nepal
again. The area affected is a small village, Kodari in the foot of the Mount Everest. This had caused tremors and damage to Nepal’s Kathmandu city and Northern India border Bihar Asaam Odessa and western Bengal had been affected by the huge earthquake.

The tremors of the huge earthquake had been felt in new Delhi was informed by the NDTV news channel. Immediately after half an hour another Earthquake 6.3 magnitude has been reported from a place in the vicinity Roomchart. Subsequently another earthquake 6.0 magnitude had struck the neighbouring areas.There had been subsequent tremors reported from close by areas.

Foreign reports reveal that the people of Kathmandu shocked and perturbed without knowing what action to be taken had been loitering as what has to be done and hidden under tables and chairs seeking redress.

It is reported that buildings have been fallen and a number of landslides occurred. The real position of the affected people cannot be gauged as communication facilities have yet to be restored. However relief workers are approaching the affected areas it is reported.

Indian helicopters with relief workers have been able to reach Namche Bachar area to conduct relief operations. The people in this village close to Mount Everest are reported to be safe.

In the meantime 05 Indian helicopters have been deployed to attend to those in difficulty. At 2.30 pm it is reported that 04 persons had died and 12 reported as injured. But these figures are going to increase.

The building Minister had confirmed that a number of buildings have been totally flattened. The Kathmandu airport has been closed the authorities had decided. Some pictures are published below:
