A water cut at places in Colombo North on 5th April

The authorities of the National Water Supply & Drainage Board has
announced in order to attend to some urgent work to pipe lines a number of areas in Colombo north region would be subjected to water cut from 8 a.m to 5 p.m on Sunday the 5th instant. This would be a period of 9 hours.

The areas which be affected in the Colombo north region are Kelaniya, Wattala, Biyagama, Mahara areas under the respective Pradeshiya Sabas and also in Dompe PS areas Dekatana, Namaluwa, Malwana, Kalukodayawa and in Dompe town area and also in the Peliyagoda, Ja- Ela and Katunayake Municipal Council areas would be subjected to this water cut which was conveyed by the authorities of the National water supply & Drainage Board to the general public.
