With fake deeds a mansion in Colombo nearly acquired by poachers

A multistory mansion like house estimated to the

value of millions of rupees in  Alfred House gardens in Colombo had been nearly acquired by a set of poachers.

These poachers about 20 in number had with a rich businessman who had forged the deeds of this mansion via astute manipulation in a very professional manner were nabbed by the police when they had entered into the mansion in the night forcibly, assaulted the inmates of the house and had tried to force them out and had tried to acquire the house.The incident had occured on the 14th instant.

During this act the OIC of the Kollupitia police Nalaka Hettiarachchi and the OIC of the police crime division Janaka Kulatunga, had arrived at this secene and had been successful in a nabbing the poachers and the businessman and had taken them  into custody  and produced before the Fort magistrate,on the 16th instant.Investigations in this regard are been conducted under the instructions of the DIG  Colombo Gamini Maturata and SSP, A. Panaweldeniya.
