Science teacher's video clip trouble at Ratnapura

 Loses both marriage and job

An individual who had been engaged in video manipulations behind his wife's back was nabbed by his wife herself with the said video clips with a CD and now while his marriage has gone on the rocks, he has lost his job too. This incident is reported from Ratnapura.

Amare was a proficient Science teacher who served at a school in the town of Ratnapura. He was someone who had studied Photography as a hobby. Both Amare and his wife Susila were living in the teachers' hostel of the school. The two of them had been living as two love-birds when Rani, who passed out from the
campus and who was a university friend of Amare happened to get an appointment at this same school at a time when time was ripe for Susila to give birth to their first child. Amare and Rani's old friendship began to grow once again, perhaps as in the days gone by and Amare's wife who was ready for conception had to go to her mother's home and stay there for that purpose. Since Amare was not able to free himself from his teaching duties, he was isolated in the teachers' hostel. In the meantime, his old university friendship blossomed into an affair of the heart; it even ending up as an illicit husband - wife relationship which did not take long to materialise.     

Rani in the meantime who had passed her years and marriageable age got sexually involved at her own consent. The almost abandoned teachers' hostel provided them with the ideal opportunity for their purpose. Amare who had a strange desire to enjoy their exploits in bed over and over had set up his mobile phone aimed at the bed with the intention of videoing their antics, unaware to Amare's paramour. It is learnt that he enjoyed videoing these video clips over and over. After a few days Susila happened to come back to the teachers' hostel with her new-born child where Amare was staying alone.   

Susila who made it a habit of reading books in Amare's room whenever she had free time suddenly ran into a CD which was found inside a book. The Cd was securely assorted and  Susila was eager to find out what it contained. At a time when the husband was not in, she activated the computer and examined the CD and was almost thrown out of her senses from what she saw. What she saw was her husband Amare's video clips where he was enjoying sex with a paramour and Susila's heart skipped a beat. She naturally came to realise that Amare had played hell during her absence.It did not take long for Susila to identify the female in the video clips and of course she began to feel a strong sense of aversion towards her husband Amare.

Amare who returned home was struck with sheer embarassment after coming to know the situation that had transpired during his absence. Though she was now a mother, she inevitably made a resolution to end all marriage ties, deciding that she can no longer live together with Amare. In addition she secured some copies of the said CD as evidence.

Susila's parents who came to know about this conflict took steps to resolve the issue; but to no avail. In the meantime Susila's parents who went and met Rani's home people and explained matters to them in order to put a stop to this illicit affair; what they got to know was that Rani had got a proposal. The video incident between Rani and Amare also came to be known to the school where they served while the video sir's exploits which spread around ultimately culminated in Rani's new marriage without much long. 

The day after the related mess up, Susila left her husband and went to stay at her ancestral home and in addition filed action for a divorce, armed with the said Cd.

The story had not only spread within boundaries of the school where Amare taught, but had even reached the ears of parents of students in neighbouring schools and finally to the Director of Education of Sabaragamuwa District. Being involved in video activities and engaging in maintaining an illicit affair in the teachers' hostel of the school then became a cause of issue where Amare's employment was concerned.

Already a divorce case is pending in Avissawella district courts with Susila having decided to separate from Amare.

According to an investigation conducted by the Department of Education. it was decided to terminate Amare's service.
