Namal speaks about political appearance of artistes

Now, no actors-actresses for dramas .... everyone with us

Various people are gossiping about various opinions of how Sri Lankan actors and actresses are struggling to creep into politics these days. In the process, Namal Rajapaksha expressed at a meeting held yesterday that because all actors and actresses are streaming into
politics and therefore tele-drama shooting has been cancelled. The ideas he has expressed are as follows:
"You would have seen no how all these actors and actresses are soliciting people for their votes. They have come in queues to the nominations board .... now they're not acting in dramas; shooting is all cancelled ... they're all engaged in election-work".
