    Expressing his ideas, Minister of Higher Education has told a newspaper that he had played casino in America and that it is a good game; that an opportunity should be provided for opposition and later it should be put into action.


   The entire statement made by him in relation to that topic is as follows:
                                                                                                                                      "Though some people say various things about casino games, it is a good form of gambling. During the initial period of this year ... I also played casino at America's casino kingdom surrounded by girls. Our people had got upset over casino games. They present various opinions. In America I played casino for 2 dollars at a time. But girls working at the casino asked me to bet for $140. But I didn't get caught to those traps.

 It's good to conduct casino gambling in Sri Lanka too. Foreigners come to this country and spend millions of rupees. What a fine thing it is! Let our Sri Lankans also go for it.

 We must give a place to the stories, ideas and opinions told by those who are against casino. There is nothing wrong in prohibiting Sri Lankans only".
