Ananda Sarath goes to police ... for protection

     Former PC member Mr.Ananda Sarath Kumara of the North-Western province says that he has made an entry with the Nawagaththegama police thinking of his personal safety and political life. What he wants to show is that Mrs.Priyani Ratnayaka who was a teacher of Nawagaththegama Vidyalaya has become a puppet of various parties. Mr.Ananda Sarath Kumara says that he had made an entry at the police station thinking of protecting himself and freeing himself from any liabilities of any accidents which may occur to Mrs.Priyani Ratnayaka as a result of the behaviour of a certain party.

    In the meantime, the husband of teacher Priyani Ratnayaka had made a complaint too yesterday saying that various threats were aimed at him and his wife by the former PC member Mr.Ananda Sarath Kumara.

    Allegations have been made against PC member Mr.Ananda Sarath Kumara for having made Mrs.Priyani Ratnayaka, a teacher of Nawagaththegama Vidyalaya for having made her kneel down. Though it has been suggestedto give nominations to the PC member at this elections in the first round by the Select committee of the UNFP, a final decision has still not been arrived at.
