STUDENT ASSAULTED INSIDE TEACHER’S ROOM

Inside teachers rest room two teachers had got together had brutally assaulted a student

It is reported from Mahiyanganaya of an unfortunate incident that two teachers had got together had brutally assaulted ruthlessly, a student inside the teachers rest room citing  as revenge a personal grudge as revenge.
As the student has sustained injuries he had been admitted to the Mahiyanganaya hospital.The student attacked was a student in Grade 13 in the mixed school Orubediweva, Mahiyanganaya and he is Sampath Prasad Weerakone. The incident had occurred on the 21st instant. It is learnt that on the previous day, the 20th the teachers and students had gone in a bus to attend to the principal’s father’s funeral. On returning there had been an argument between this student with the teachers. The closest reason for this brutal assault had been this. The student had been asked to come to the teachers rest room had been brutally assaulted by two teachers.
The wounded student had been admitted to the Mahiyanganaya hospital for treatment for his injuries cased. The Principal and about 40 students had visited the hospital to see the injured student.
The OIC of Mahiyangana Police S.B.Wickremasinghe and his team had commenced investigations. They had seen some scars on the shirt the student was wearing for the investigations to be made. The shirt had been taken over by them for the investigations.
