Law entrance paper had leaked at a class at Wellawatta
Will the results be cancelled?

The Police have received information that the Law College entrance paper held last year had leaked out.
There was a huge uproar that a higher unusual percentage of Muslin students had passed to gain admission to the Law College. It has also been revealed that the Minister of Justice had not acted impartially in this matter. According to CID investigations a class had been held for Tamil students at Wellawatta for the preparation of the Law entrant examination from where the paper had leaked out. It had also revealed that there had been a number of Muslim students in this class.
The CID had further found out that the paper had leaked out before the papers were marked. The Police was forced to conduct further investigations over this conflict owing to protests and as some had even sought on legal action.
It is not clear yet that a final decision has not been arrived as yet. A decision has not yet made to cancel the examination held last year. It is also not clear whether anything would take place at all.
