BASIL RIDES A THREE-WHEELER

How basil drove a three-wheeler

A ceremony was held in Colombo in which three wheelers were distributed for youth at concessionary rates. The ceremony was organized by the Self Employment Foundation Organization.
 Basil Rajapaksa, Minister of Economical Development who was the ‘Chief guest’ has driven a three-wheeler along with three others The President of the Foundation Mahinda Kahadagama and two other also had travelled in the three wheeler.
