Gang rape murder which unsettled the entire India

Medical student ‘Nirbeetha’ has been planning to get married in February
It is revealed that the 23 year old para medical student ‘Nirbeetha’ a pseudo name who was raped by a gang of people in a bus and who passed away after two weeks from that incident has been planning to get married in February. She has gone for a movie with her boy friend and she has got into a bus with her boy friend in New Delhi to go home.
 After a while she has felt that something weird is happening around her. The bus has taken a different route and the door has been closed. There were a few passengers; the conductor and the driver. She and her boy friend have looked around to see as to why the doors have been closed. As they have turned their heads, the few people who were those who raped her have hit her boy friend with an iron bar and dragged the girl to the back seats and she has been raped by six people for over four hours.
When she has tried to fight the rapists, they have hit her with a Wheel jack of L shape which has injured her body parts including kidneys and the brain. Afterwards, she and her boy friend have been thrown away from the bus near New Delhi and they have been found on the following day by some people.
She has been hospitalized and has faced three surgeries in India. Then her relatives have taken her to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore and yet they have not been able to save her life as her condition had been very critical.
She passed away on the day before yesterday after 13 days from that unfortunate incident. Her funeral took place yesterday morning in New Delhi as a private ceremony. This inhuman, savage rape has unsettled the normal lives in India. People had protested strongly against the evils in the society which are insecure towards the wellbeing of the women.
Photographs of her family or relatives were not published by the media. Yet, A.F.P media persons have taken statements from her father, brother and her relatives. Her father has stated that her mother has been shocked at hearing of this unfortunate incident and she has not been able to see the dead body. Her father has also mentioned that he would fight until the rapists will be punished. The relevant medical student’s name had not been published by the media and she has been called by pseudo names like “Amanath” and “Nirbheetha” in posters which are been used extensively for the protests.
Her boy friend that had been 28 years old too has come to the funeral after facing such an atrocious incident. Her brother has told the media that she had been planning to get married in February.
Suspects have been remanded by the Indian police and it was reported that an identification parade too had been held and that the medical student’s boyfriend too had participated in it.
