According to the budget how the changes in taxes take place

According to the new Budget proposals, Inland revenue tax, Stamp duties, Nation development tax etc. all have been amended and presented during the budget.
Although these were changed the layman has not been able to understand the changes that were made. These changes in taxes and in stamp duty the Director General of Inland Revenue had published an awareness schedule to the layman in the newspapers.
