A BOY CROSSES THE SOUTHERN EXPRESS HIGHWAY

The manner a young boy who had successfully crossed the southern express highway and had jumped over the iron fence has been captured into a video:
To walk along the southern express highway and to jump over the security iron fence is strictly prohibited by law. The residents on either side of the express highway have of course been terribly inconvenienced when they need to go across to the opposite side. It had been brought to the notice of the authorities of several such incidents of breaking the enforced rule, purely for the convenience of those who had broken the law.
One such incident of breaking the law had been taken and captured into a video. The incident is reported from between the Galanigama and Dodangoda entrance points. This particular youngster who broke the law had been seen crossing the express highway and also jumping over the security iron fence in the centre of the southern express highway.
