LAWYER (68) KILLED BY MISTRESS (21)

A call to the Police emergency 119 number at around 2.30 in the morning had been about a mysterious murder of a lawyer. His young mistress had stated that a gang of people who had come in a van had attacked and killed him in front of their house.
When the police went to Jayagath Mawatha in Hokandara for an investigation, it was fund that the lawyer had been killed after serious assault. The dead body was found between two vehicles. When the young wife had been inquired about the murder, she had been making statements contradicting her own which lead the police to suspect that she is connected to the murder. After scaring her off saying that she is lying to the police regarding a murder can be serious offence, she had agreed to reveal the truth.
She had confessed that the assault story is false and that she pushed him from the balcony to kill him. She had revealed that she had done so because of his abnormal sexual behavior of his which she could not tolerate any further.
This woman who is only 21 years had started living together with this lawyer for only about six months. They were not legally married. 
 Wilson Jayawardana who is more than three times elder to this girl is 68 years old has been a divorcee with two sons who are residing in Dehiwala.  Their sons are much elder to his mistress. The elder son is 29 years and the other younger son is 25 years old.
It is said that Wilson Jayawardana had started to live away from his family 5 years ago and is said that he has been accused of misbehavior. He had been arrested, produced in courts and remanded twice during this period of time.
He had been a famous lawyer in Matara once, and it is revealed that his residence at Neluwa had been used as a center for his improper unexceptional sexual behaviour. It is also said that one of his main hobbies had been to bring women into his house and to rape them.
He had been imprisoned for several months for raping an under-age servant girl who has worked in his residence in Neluwa. Afterwards he had been imprisoned for threatening a person with a gun. That case is still been heard.
This person had been using two identity cards. He who has been born in 1944 had been using a fake identity card showing that he has been born in 1972. It is also revealed that he owns a lot of property in the South.
He who had sold his house in Matara had bought the house in Jayagath Mawatha in Hokandara six months ago. He had been living together with the 21 year old mistress afterwards. She who is said to be a resident of Galle has been living a luxurious life with her while consuming expensive drinks like whisky and brandy.
The woman who had confessed had stated that her illegal husband has abused her with abnormal sexual behaviour. She had mentioned that she had been abused over the last few months. She has stated that he had been suspecting that she is in illicit relationships with another man and thus they have beenfighting all along. She had been denied the right to make a phone call and even if someone calls her, he had been asking thousand of questions. He had been working all night along and he had been forcing her to be awake with him. In addition to these the nights have been full of fights and abnormal sexual activities.
She had stated that they have had a fight on Friday night around 2 O’clock and he had threatened that he will kill her parents and her. Finally, when she had not been able to tolerate anymore, she had dragged him to the balcony and she had pushed him out of it to the ground from the first floor. He who had fallen down from the first floor had been out of breath and she had found an air rifle and had struck him severe blows at him until he died.
She had placed the body between the two vehicles and called the police after washing her blood stains.
The Police are carrying out investigations to find whether anyone else had been assisting the suspect in connection with the murder. She is arrested and is to be taken before the courts.
