TOILET INCIDENT IN BADULLA TRAIN

Having sexual activities inside the Badulla bound train had been made with the consent of the female passenger:

In yesterday’s (6th July) Badulla bound train from Colombo the passengers had heard some screaming noises from inside a toilet and they had taken appropriate steps to inform the security personnel inside the train.
They had rushed in immediately and had forced opened the toilet door. For their astonishment they have found three males and one female inside the toilet more or less in a nude condition.
The security personnel had arrested the four of them and handed them over to the Haputale Police when the train reached that station. The woman involved was about 35 years old and the men much younger. When the Police questioned her whether the men had tried to rape her she had confessed that “I gave my full consent to the men to come in to the toilet”.
Although she had given her consent she was charged for behaving in that manner at a public place. Regarding the incident the Haputale Police is conducting investigations.
