PARLIAMENTARIANS OF THE GOVERNMENT SKIPS THE USUAL ROADS TO ENTER THE PARLIAMENT

M.P’s and Ministers of the Government had made entry into the Parliament complex using alternate routes:

The members of the University Lecturers union, who had entered into the entrance road to the Parliament in order to talk to the M.P’s and Ministers of the Government,. They had been staying demonstrating with banners and placards. However they had made use of alternate road to enter the Parliament complex.
However Members of Parliament of the Opposition like Buddhika Pathirana, Harsha de Silva, Ruwan Wijewardena and Anura Kumara Dissanayake had got off their vehicles and spoken to the lecturers. The demonstrators had wanted to know while the Members of the Government had taken alternate routes to enter the parliament.
It was learnt that the security personnel had informed them about the demonstrators were waiting to talk to them and hence they had taken the alternates routes.
