The wife of late Nimal Lakshapathiarachchi had told during a newspaper interview that he was a strong believer of his horoscope and did his work accordingly.
However nothing was told about his death when the horoscope was read.
He had met his wife while working together at the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation and had got married following a love affair and had lived at their residence at Bullers Lane.
His son had been in China while his daughter had been in Australia. At the time of his death his son had lived with him at the residence at Bullers Lane.
