During these days, brothels are being raided in a row. OIC, Mangala Dehideniya had faced an awkward situation when he had gone to raid the brothel run using foreign women at Kollupitiya.
Kollupitiya police have gone in the afternoon to raid a brothel which is said to have been run using Chinese women. By the time, the police had been to their premises; nobody has been around as if they have got to know the arrival of the police. When the place had been searched thoroughly, the OIC had found a Chinese woman hiding in a corner.
The woman, who had seen the OIC reaching her, had come to him crying out loud in Chinese in a shrieking voice. Even though her words weren’t understood, she had tried to tell them to rescue her. The OIC had asked others to arrest her without listening to what she had tried to say. Then, this woman had clung on to OIC’s shirt and the buttons of his shirt had come out as she had pulled them hard while crying.
this woman who had cried like a child had next put some money into the shirt pocket as a bribe.
The OIC had ordered to arrest her and on his way he has noticed that even the buttons of his shirt has been ripped off.
Finally, it was reported that she had been running the brothel and that there had been many prostitutes working under her on full time as well as part time basis.
