Fictitious and misleading love had made a 15 year old subjected to a double raping:
For raping a 15 year old young girl twice by a canteen employee of Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall had been arrested by the Cinnamon gardens Police and produced before courts. He had tactfully brought in to a secret place inside the BMICH building a fictitious love affair after having had several telephone conversations. The story is like this:
During an exhibition of shoes held at the BMICH this employee of the BMICH attached to as a canteen employee had dropped his ‘mobile’ telephone number on to the ground for the victim to collect. They have had several telephone discussions and both had been convinced to commence a love affair.
After having been acquainted the BMICH a canteen employee had come to know that this young girl comes for dancing classes to ‘Sudarshi’ hall located almost opposite the BMICH. As the accused was speaking to her on the road he had suggested that people may suspect and requested her to come into the premises of the BMICH.As it as a Saturday it was devoid of many activities and as a calm and quiet place.
He had brought in the girl in a three wheeler. He had asked her to bend her head as the security guards may suspect. As he was an employee of the BMICH the security guards had not checked him or questioned him. The suspect had taken the 15 year old girl to near a female toilet and had asked and forced her to lean against a wall and tried to rape her by giving her a lot of pains amidst her screams. In the meantime a gentlemen who as coming out of the male toilet had seen this very ugly seen and had watched what as happening without the knowledge of this rapist. He was very disappointed the manner the innocent girl was been raped had quietly informed the security guards who had come to the scene. At the time he had moved with the girl to the stores room in the canteen where he had tried to rape her once more when the security guards were summoned. They had arrested the canteen employee and handed over to the Cinnamon gardens Police station
The girl was taken to hospital for treatment. Both the suspect and the girl had not a thread on their respective bodies. There was blood stains scattered on the ground and pieces of hair of the girl on the ground. These were produced to a medical officer for a medical report.
At the Police station he had confessed that he was a native of Ahungalla and had worked as an employee in the BMICH canteen. His name as disclosed as Dinesh Anuradha before he was produced before courts on the count of raping a young girl two times.
