Basil touches and feels Pythons and Eagles

The Minister of Economic Development Basil Rajapaksa is a constant visitor to the Dehiwala Zoological Gardens.During a recent visit he was attacked by a ‘Chimpanzee’ but was unhurt.
The other day he had gone to the Zoological Gardens to open a new animal infantry and a chemical laboratory. After completion of the ceremony he stayed back to closely feel and touch animals of the likes of Pythons and Eagles. On this occasion he was not subjected to any harms or attack by these dangerous creatures. Following are some of the photographs taken at this event.
