LOVELY NURSE AT SRI JAYAWARDENA HOSPITAL

A nurses’ involvement with a Specialist doctor at the Sri Jayewardenepura

hospital has made heart operations, in the unit to be in a quandary.
The heart operation unit at Sri Jayewardenepura hospital is in a state of uncertainty owing to the behaviour and involvement of a nurse with a popular doctor in a serious love affair, at the heart surgery unit. This nurse had already made several blunders owing to her alleged love affair with this doctor. She had taken a blood sample of a patient and labelled it with the name another similar patient making a mockery of the patient’s treatment after the report was received. This error had been caused as this particular nurse is burdened with multiple duties to perform.
This nurse is attached to the same unit as the Specialist doctor with whom she is having a love affair. It is certain and had been proved that she is constantly mixing up her official duties with that of her love affair.
In this connection in an effort to bring these discrepancies to a standstill, the President of the Nurses union of Sri Lanka Ven. Muruntettuwe Ananda Thera has been informed accordingly in regard to the love affair and has requested to give  transfer orders to this ‘lovely’ nurse in order to prevent any unwanted mishaps to patients.
